How We Work

FutureShakers work alongside leaders, collectives, and organisations as a thinking partner and process lead, particularly in situations where complexity, uncertainty, or transition make standard approaches insufficient. Engagements typically begin with a scoping conversation to understand context, constraints, and what is at stake, before shaping a process that fits the situation.

  • See patterns clearly

Our approach is informed by systems thinking, futures practice, and human systems dynamics, as perspectives to help make sense of patterns, constraints, and emerging opportunities. The work is collaborative, and intentionally designed and held, with attention to nurturing conditions, within limits, trade-offs, and political or cultural context.

  • Open possibilities

This work is not about delivering quick fixes, prescribing best practices, or promising certainty. Instead, it supports leaders and collectives to work more confidently with complexity, make better-informed choices over time, and sustain collective agency under pressure.

  • Act with informed choice

What Collaborators Say

  • "When you work with Lenka, you remind yourself that excellence doesn't happen by accident. It's the result of sheer hard work, not just talent. Finding an engaging way to get a team of five people to imagine possible futures for a unique educational establishment (Kaospilot) would be challenging enough. Lenka did it with one hundred and fifty. Months in the planning, she orchestrated a three day seminar of mind blowing proportion and impact. But behind this impressive organisation, it was easy to see the culture of kindness and emotional intelligence that Lenka fosters with everyone she meets. This was heart work, not just hard work. Stunning results. At scale."

  • "My new source of power is ME. For a long time, I have downsized my capabilities and felt stagnated by fear. I always thought that I needed people to give me power, that I needed certain levels of education to feel powerful, But even with these, I still struggled. My coaching with Lenka was a lightbulb moment for me. It is within ME to make things work."
