Leadership & collective capacity in times of transition

FutureShakers works with leaders and organisations at moments when established ways of working no longer hold and future paths are not yet clear.

The work focuses on helping leaders and organisations think clearly together, make sense of change, and act with collective agency in contexts shaped by uncertainty, constraint, and systems-level change.

Who we work with

  • navigating long-term strategy, responsibility and societal transition

  • rethinking leadership, agency, and learning

  • working in contested or constrained environments, where questions of power, legitimacy, and trust shape decision-making

  • where leadership is distributed and direction must be shaped collectively.

  • facing the limits of short-term or growth-oriented models

Who is behind the work

FutureShakers is led by Lenka Chobotová, a leadership and systems practitioner with over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and leadership development in complex and uncertain contexts.

Her work spans corporate, philanthropic, public, and educational systems, including long-term roles and collaborations in Europe and across parts of Africa. She has worked both inside organisations and alongside them during transitions, supporting leaders, teams, and networks to navigate long-term change, institutional constraint, and shared responsibility.

Depending on the context, the work is supported by a small, trusted network of independent collaborators engaged selectively, when the collaboration benefits from additional perspectives, scale, or local knowledge.
