Workshops and Collective Sensemaking

I design and lead workshops and collective processes for groups who need to think clearly together about complex or wicked issues. This work is often used when conversations are stuck, perspectives are fragmented, or when existing ways of framing a situation no longer offer viable paths forward.

The work creates space for groups to step back from habitual positions, make sense of what is unfolding, and explore multiple ways forward. Drawing on systems-informed and future-oriented approaches, it supports collective wisdom, shared understanding, and the ability to reimagine options rather than defaulting to the familiar. These processes are designed to help groups move forward with greater coherence in situations that do not lend themselves to simple answers.
